Return policy
Printable guides are digital goods. This policy explains how to request help when a file does not open or when you decide not to keep a purchase after reviewing it.
Delivery
Approved purchases are delivered by email as a download link or attachment. Please verify spam folders before opening a ticket.
Technical issues
If a file is corrupted or the wrong title was attached, email the desk within fourteen days of purchase. A replacement link will be provided after a quick verification.
Voluntary refunds
If you have not downloaded the file and request a refund within seven days, the team may issue a reversal where payment processors allow it. After a successful download, refunds are generally not offered except where required by law.
Chargebacks
Contact the desk before initiating a chargeback so records can be compared with your receipt. Friendly resolution is usually faster than card disputes.
